Exercise: You tend to ignore this part of your life. Just because you attend classes and walk around the campus doesn’t mean you are exercising. But this involves exercises like yoga, meditation, and walking in the garden. For those of you who like the gym, you should join one in your spare time.

Sleep on time: This is one of the healthy tips for school students to keep in mind. Do you know that your brain needs to rest so that it can refresh and start with new memories? If you lack sleep, this will disrupt your mood, physical body, and mind. It can overall have a negative impact on your focus and concentration.

Stay hydrated: This is one of the most important health tips for students during exams. When you study, you tend to forget even eat because you are under stress. And, you do not even think about water. But. It’s during times like these that you need to stay hydrated. Your brain is exhausted, and this can lead to dehydration and weakness.

Stress management: This is a very common habit with students. Whether you are stressed with assignments or exams, you tend to lose focus and jeopardise the whole agenda. But that’s not the way to go. Before this happens, try to organise your time. It is very important to have time management so you do not miss out on looking after yourself. Take breaks, eat on time, sleep on time, and stay confident.

Summary: Being a student comes with one responsibility; i.e. to focus and study hard. It is a challenging phase of life, and we all have been there. But, it is also the best time of your life to enjoy and live a free life. Studying is the number one priority for every student, but it doesn’t mean you will stop living and taking care of yourself.
