SSC GD 2025 Result

The SSC GD exam has multiple result stages — CBE, PET/PST, Medical and Final Merit List.

• The CBE result was declared on 17 June 2025, and candidates could check it on ssc.gov.in.
• Scorecards and the final answer key were released on 26 June 2025.
• The PET/PST result will soon be declared, after which candidates will proceed to the Medical (DME) and Document Verification.

3. Download the result PDF and search for your roll number.
4. Keep a copy of the result for future reference.

SSC GD 2025 Cut-Off & Qualifying Marks

The SSC GD cut-off is released force-wise, category-wise and gender-wise. It represents the last selected candidate’s marks in that category.

• Qualifying Marks (minimum required):
  • General (UR): 30%
  • OBC / EWS: 25%
  • SC / ST / PwD: 20%

Example of cut-offs from 2025:

• NCB Female (UR): 141.56 marks
• NCB Male (UR): 147.42 marks
• OBC Male (NCB): 145.99 marks

SSC GD 2025 Physical Test (PET/PST)

After the online exam (CBE), candidates who qualify are called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST).

Physical Efficiency Test (Running Time)

• Male: 5 km in 24 minutes
• Female: 1.6 km in 8.5 minutes

For Ladakh-based candidates:

• Male: 1.6 km in 7 minutes
• Female: 800m in 5 minutes

Physical Standards (Height & Weight)

• Male: 170 cm (relaxation for ST, NE states, hill areas)
• Female: 157 cm (relaxation for ST, NE states, hill areas)

Candidates also undergo chest measurement (for males) and a weight check according to medical standards.

SSC GD 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The SSC GD eligibility is straightforward but strictly enforced.

• Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen.
• Education: Passed Class 10 (Matriculation) from a recognised board. Students appearing for Class 10 are NOT eligible.
• Age: 18–23 years.
  • Relaxations:
    • SC/ST: +5 years
    • OBC: +3 years
    • Ex-Servicemen: +3 years
    • J&K residents (1980–1989): +5 years
    • Riot victims (1984 / 2002): +5–10 years depending on category

Candidates must fulfil all these conditions; otherwise, their candidature will be rejected at verification.

• Mode: Online Computer-Based Exam (CBE)
• Duration: 60 minutes
• Total Questions: 80 (2 marks each = 160 marks)
